Kanata-Carleton Small Business e-Fair 2020
Vendor Registration Now Open until Sept. 24!
The Kanata-Carleton Small Business Fair is KCSBN's signature annual event where we connect over 500 local vendors to the community, to other businesses and to valuable resources. However, due to the pandemic we didn't want to put anyone at risk. Therefore, this year with the help of our major sponsors RBC & Ruckify, we're going fully digital with our small business e-Fair 2020!

This time the e-Fair will be held on October 1, 2020, from 4pm to 6.30pm, virtually.

How does it work?
Just because we're going digital doesn't mean we won't have business booths and a chance for you to chat with local owners about their products and services. With the help of our friends at eSAX, we're hosting this event using Remo, a platform that will make you feel like you're walking at a real trade show right from the safety and comfort of your home.

Booth Reservation:
Each booth at the e-Fair is $50-
Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with the link to access the e-Fair

Each booth will have the business name on screen

By submitting this form I understand ​the KCSBN will make the assignments of booth locations for each exhibitor at their sole discretion. Tables are rented on a first come, first served basis.

Technical Information:

The e-Fair will start at 4:00 PM and will close at 6:30 PM.

Desktop and laptop computers using Chrome is preferred. Tablets and mobile devices sometimes experience connectivity issues.

Please ensure your camera and microphone are working.

Payment:

Fees can be paid by e-transfer to info@kanatacarletonsbn.ca or by direct deposit (04356 003 1018928). All payments must be made in full by Sept. 24, 2020 to assure your reservation. ​​

Refund Policy:
-
There will be no refund of your registration fee once paid (except in extreme circumstances)

For technical issues from your side (e.g. your microphone, camera or network doesn't work), there will be no refund. However, if there is a technical issue from our side impeding the e-Fair from taking place, we may refund your payment or keep it if you decide to join us at a new set e-Fair date within two-month period from original date.

Sales and Proceeds:
Vendors are allowed to sell their products/services at the booth they rent by directing clients to their websites or stores to complete the transaction. The KCSBN organization does not lay claim to the proceeds of those sales.​

Sponsorship info:​​
We are offering different Sponsorship Packages for this e-Fair:-
​Diamond ($3000) for maximum visibility*,

Platinum ($1000) for high visibility*,

Gold ($500) for good visibility*, and

Silver ($250) for some visibility*.

*Visibility includes logos on social media/website, hyperlinked logos at booth or main page of e-Fair, and verbal acknowledgment during the e-Fair

* Door Prizes
If you like to provide door prize(s) to our attendees, which will be announced during the live e-Fair draw, please e-mail a picture (one sided only) of your gift certificate to info@kanatacarletonsbn.ca. This should include your business name, offer and deadline.
